The day after Goru Bihu is known as Manuh bihu and marks the New Year of the Assamese people. On this day people wear new clothes,visit each other and pay homage to elders.This year the date for Mahuh Bihu, is April 15,2021
The third day of Assamese New Year is known as Gosain bihu which is reserved for religious services.In 2021, the date of Gosain Bihu is April 16.
